​Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is a cutting-edge therapy for rapid recovery from traumatic experiences and their lingering memories. EMDR is very effective in relieving anxiety that lingers from traumas such as losses, natural disasters, car accidents, health problems, life transitions, humiliation, infidelity, rejection, abandonment, abuse, and high conflict situations. 


Painful experiences can significantly impact core beliefs - how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world around us. For example, abandonment can leave a belief like "I’m worthless" or "I'm unlovable." Or a scary situation may leave lingering thoughts like "I'm not safe," "I'm not capable" or "It's my fault."

EMDR has been empirically researched and validated by the American Psychological Association for treatment of:​  PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder)depression, anxiety, low self-esteemcreativity blocks & performance anxiety, grief & loss, OCD, eating disorders, and phobias. By fully and therapeutically processing the experiences, new neural pathways are formed providing outcomes of relief, healing, and peace of mind.
