Joining a group is uniquely beneficial because it provides opportunities to learn with and from other people, to better understand thought and behavior patterns in self and others, and to implement group dynamics into real world situations. Group therapy can help to foster healthy attachments, observe and learn new social skills, and gain awareness of interpersonal effectiveness through feedback and observation.
Our therapy groups last anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks and are outlined on each group page. During our intake interview, we will discuss the format of the group you are interested in joining and determine the required commitment.
