The process and preparation in becoming a therapist can be both exciting and arduous. It's a long road from your graduate program to licensure, and along the way a myriad of emotions and concerns can emerge. This is a valuable opportunity to experience group process and self-discovery, while gaining clinical and professional support. Some types of issues that may be addressed include:

Processing cases that feel challenging or stressful

Managing countertransference and triggers

Navigating internships

Difficult clinical supervisors and supervision issues

Handling test anxiety while studying for BBS exams

Increasing understanding of interpersonal dynamics
