The process and preparation in becoming a therapist can be both exciting and arduous. It's a long road from your graduate program to licensure, and along the way a myriad of emotions and concerns can emerge. This is a valuable opportunity to experience group process and self-discovery, while gaining clinical and professional support. Some types of issues that may be addressed include:



  • Dealing with the pressures of grad school

  • Working with clients

  • Processing cases that feel challenging or stressful

  • Managing countertransference and triggers

  • Navigating internships

  • Self-reflection for personal and clinical growth

  • Difficult clinical supervisors and supervision issues

  • Handling test anxiety for BBS exams

  • Increasing understanding of group dynamics

  • 6-week commitment

  • Telehealth format

  • Accrues 27 BBS licensing hours

  • 5-7 members per closed group

  • Wednesdays, 12:00 - 1:30 pm
