Alamo Counseling takes reasonable steps for accommodation requests in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and may be submitted to support@alamotherapy .com. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response as requests are evaluated per circumstances and supporting documentation.

Attendance and CE Credit

CE certificates of completion require arrival prior to entry cutoff time and participation throughout the training. Presenters verify attendance of the entire duration. At closing, attendees submit an evaluation to receive the CE certificate via email. 

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds will be given for cancellations made 2 weeks prior at 100% and 1-2 weeks prior at 50%. Less than one week cancellations receive the option to reschedule to an available training. All attendee cancellations incur a $15 administration fee. If a training is cancelled due to an unforeseen event (instructor illness, power outage, etc) or due to low enrollment, fees are refunded in full.


Please direct any grievances about presenters, presentations, course content, or facilities to support@alamotherapy .com. Resolution of grievances will be made in a timely and ethical manner for either a credit to a future training or a partial/full refund. All complaints and grievances will be given thorough consideration about improvement of courses or systemic processes, and retained for four years in accordance with our record retention policy.
